In this episode, Yousef, Ismaeel and Haroon sit down with Bernat Cardenas, one of the most intelligent & forward thinking minds in padel to talk about all the important things anyone playing padel needs to know. First they get into how to build a solid base to become a solid padel player. From the technical aspects you must master to the tactical aspects you must implement. They also dive deep into the importance of having GREAT COMMUNICATION on court and how to develop that skillset. A very nice conversation was had there. Not only that, they were able to delve into the mental aspect of the game as well and what are the ways any player can become more mentally solid. Then, last but not least in building a solid base, they talked about the importance of fitness and how it could help or hinder your evolution as padel player. This was followed by a brief talk about the future of padel and where Bernat sees the game growing over then next 5 to 10 years.
